The room was clean and the breakfast decent, but there were no pillows or towels initially, so they sent them right away and offered a bowl of fruit and juice; still, for the price I expected more. Honestly, the price didn’t match the quality, it was too expensive for this hotel. The room was a premium room but very small, the breakfast was a buffet with nothing special, and overall it was clean.

The hotel was low quality compared to an ibis brand; if you’re stubborn you can manage. I didn’t like the cleanliness or the room at all.

The shower was fine, but I found the bed only moderately comfortable. The TV was unusable. The bathroom lighting had a loose connection that the maintenance staff couldn’t fix. In the gym, two of four machines were broken and the TV remote was missing. Every morning I had to fight for a spot at the breakfast buffet with other groups, and the bar was closed at the exact moment the staff were needed.
