I booked dinner through Booking, but when I arrived they couldn't locate my reservation, so I was forced to pay again. I had to go back to my room to retrieve my phone, and even after they finally saw the black‑on‑white confirmation, there were still arguments. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I’ll keep booking through Booking in the future.

Breakfast and dinner were both very good, the staff were friendly, and the spa area was well equipped. However, there were too few loungers in the spa zone.
