Grace and the young gentleman at check‑in were very welcoming and professional, making the arrival smooth. The hotel’s modern design and colorful night lighting created a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with good options. The only drawback was the noise from some families with children that seeped into the room, making it harder to fully relax at times.

The staff were friendly and respectful. The room was congested.

It was very clean and neat, and I like the style; it’s worth the money. The downside was that it was extremely cold, the air‑cons weren’t working, I was literally freezing, and the electric blanket didn’t help.

The security staff and the receptionist were welcoming. The room smelled like fungus, so I wouldn’t recommend it for adults. The noise was an issue, and we had to check out a day early and find another place. The room also lacked crockery.

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms were good. The negatives were that there was no bar fridge, no microwave, and the rooms were very small.
