I recently stayed at this property in Lido dei Pini and the experience was very negative, starting with the reception and the behavior of the manager. Arriving before the check‑in time of 14:30, I simply asked for information without demanding early entry, and the staff were polite at work. At the actual check‑in, the manager greeted me with an insolent and unpleasant tone, scolding me about the time even though I was fully aware of the rules. The situation worsened with the room selection (no elevator): on the first floor, the room had a strong mold odor, and when I reported it, the response was a total denial, forcing me to move to the second floor for another room. At night I found myself locked out of the front door and, when I called to have it opened, I received a confrontational, rude, and completely inadequate treatment. The attitude was nitpicky and unpleasant. Stay not recommended.
