The breakfast was average, but the service was almost entirely absent. For breakfast we had to add a chair to a table and take a round placemat from another table. Aside from the request for a hot drink, there was no assistance. The reception girl, very junior professionally, visibly struggled to handle a plumbing issue at the hotel and forgot to ask for documents at check‑in. The service definitely needs improvement.

As a business hotel it is not very suitable for tourists. The breakfast was poor, the windows were poorly sound‑proofed, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted.
