The breakfast offered a wide selection that was nice to pick from, the rooms were high‑quality and being on an upper floor gave us a nice view, and the Imperial Hotel carried a slightly historic feel while its location made it easy to explore the city, though the large number of group tourists made the place feel a bit crowded at check‑in and check‑out times, otherwise there were no issues.

The location was good, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. ⭐️⭐️ I was disappointed with my experience at TTC Imperial Huế, especially during check‑out. My family from France stayed 7 nights from 9 to 16/8, with 9 people in 3 rooms. We used the restaurant, spa, and laundry. The biggest let‑down happened at check‑out when the front desk claimed I had lost a wooden coat hanger. I explained I had not taken any hanger and had no reason to have one. We had a lot of laundry, so it was possible that a hanger got mixed up between rooms. Yet the front desk kept repeating that I had lost a hanger. I offered to open my luggage in the lobby for inspection, but they refused. Finally, I was asked to write a statement confirming I had not taken the hanger and sign it, which I did. I cannot imagine a 5‑star hotel handling a situation so unprofessionally. I regret not photographing all the hangers and items when I received the room. This is something I want to warn other guests about. I have stayed in many 5‑star hotels in France, the US, London, Beijing, Da Nang, and even at Caravelle Saigon; at check‑out you simply return the key and complete the process. If there are damages or minibar usage, inspection and discussion are reasonable. But here it was just a coat hanger. On top of that, during our stay we found some small insects resembling booklice in the bed and wardrobe area.

The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and offered a very extensive breakfast. The pool was great and the entrance was very impressive! The restaurant on the 16th floor was closed.

A luxurious, beautiful hotel. The terrace is amazing with spectacular views. A true hotel experience. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
