The staff were good. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

“A mess”

Proximity to things. Showed up after check In time and room was not ready. Told to come back in 15-20 minutes. Room was still dirty, itchy. No trash cans outside or in the lobby. Only one luggage cart that was 98percent never available. In a room that clearly had pets. Wife was sneaking. Went to complain about it and confront desk people available

The location was fine, but the place was dirty and needed repairs—paint was peeling, the bathroom tile had a big blemish that looked chipped, the arm of the chair was torn, and the elevator and its surrounding area looked awful.

“Thank you for the immediate help with double billing and correcting this error.”

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean, and they sorted out a double‑billing issue: we paid on Sept. 12 via PayPal, but the night clerk had my wife pay with Visa; the morning staff later confirmed the original payment and refunded the Sept. 14 Visa charge. The location was quiet and we slept well. However, two lights had to be unplugged or unscrewed to turn them off, the bathroom door was damaged at the bottom edge (a paint job or kick plate could fix it), the original microwave was unplugged while a second one was plugged in (the unplugged unit should be removed), and there were no washcloths with the towels; I had to dampen a corner of a towel to get one. It was late and the desk was closed when I noticed this, so I didn’t want to bother the night staff. Overall, I’m left wondering how carefully this place handles the little details that matter for security.
