It’s near many eateries, shops and fun stuff. Room was very nice. Check in at 3. Arrived about that time, told room was not ready and did not know how long it would take. After a long road drive would have been nice to have room. We left and was told we would receive a text when ready. Never got a text. Went back about an hour and 1/2 and room was ready. That was not a good start

The location was good, the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was cold, the gym equipment was old, and breakfast was fine but closing at 10 am felt a bit abrupt.

The hotel is close to the areas and attractions we were interested in. The room needed maintenance right away; it wouldn’t lock properly. It was fixed within an hour. The staff were a bit brisk and short‑spoken, but they handled our concerns. They didn’t give a receipt for the stay or incidentals, and we were overcharged for the room. I would not book here again.

The omelet station was the best, and the coffee and tea selections were great. The blinds in my room were broken, so I couldn’t blackout the room; hotel lights shone in and the door was heavy and nearly slammed my fingers.

The spot was convenient, but the couch in the sitting area was infested with bedbugs; after finishing a movie my spouse and I spotted them on our shirts and ended up with bites on our arms.
