“A disappointing experience and won't be coming back.”
The resort was well‑situated and well‑designed, offering great views and plenty of green space, even a playground for the kids. However, the Wi‑Fi didn’t connect at first and that was frustrating, especially since only 1 GB per user was available and that wasn’t clear when booking. The shower and bath had barely any water, no hot water at all, making it hard to wash the kids’ hair. The bedrooms had dust on the heating system. The change‑room door by the pool was falling apart and the change‑room itself wasn’t clean. The place used to have a good reputation and hosted conferences, but a lot has changed and for the price I paid I was quite disappointed.

The resort’s lush surroundings and family‑friendly amenities are nice, yet the rooms feel neglected—wobbly beds, flat pillows, dusty bathrooms, crooked cupboards, and a constant echo of neighbors make it hard to relax.

The location was fantastic with stunning views and a very peaceful, comfortable stay. The only downside was that the place felt a bit outdated and the furniture was somewhat worn.
