The only perk is the location near the Haram. Parking is a nightmare: the space is tiny, fitting only three to four cars, and the staff neither help customers find a spot nor seem to care about parking assistance, which makes the whole experience frustrating.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and everything around the center—shopping and more—is convenient. The downside is the parking congestion; some spots are paid, so ask the front desk if your spot is valid to avoid a ticket, and sometimes you’ll have to park on the opposite street because the lot is full.

I liked the hotel’s location on Abu Bakr Al‑Siddiq Street and the services nearby. The cleanliness, room size, and courteous reception staff were all impressive. However, the TV screen was broken, showing no signal for the second time in the same room 208.

The staff were very courteous, cleanliness was excellent, the furniture comfortable, and the rooms spacious. I also appreciated the Qur’an placed in the room, which was a new and wonderful touch. The hotel offers its own parking and is situated on the prestigious Abu Bakr Al‑Siddiq Street. I recommend it. The TV screen had a problem, though.
