“Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, uns hat es gefallen!”
The hotel is centrally located, short walks to the city center and the beach, on a quiet street. There were two breakfast times. We used the later one starting at 9:30 am. It was very crowded and it was not always easy to find an available table. The passage at the buffet is very narrow, people have a hard time passing each other, especially when standing. It didn't bother us, but it may stress some people with the tightness.
I cannot rate the hotel because I was housed in a side building, which I didn't know. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared, the balcony of my room was fantastic…almost as big as the room ☺️

The location is central, but the narrow stairs and lack of an elevator make moving around a hassle.
First of all a big thank you and praise to the entire kitchen staff. They accommodated special requests, were always ready to replenish immediately, and were noticeably organized! The buffet was the same each day, a bit small but always had something. The location is top. I stayed there as a single parent with two children and was absolutely satisfied. One must consider the price because it is peak season, and of course the water expenses on Norderney are not cheap either. The overall impression from start to finish was very organized and friendly. The issue was fixed on site immediately, so no complaints.
