Oreste Suite in Lazise offers air‑conditioned rooms with parquet floors, flat‑screen TVs, safes, and kettle‑tea corners. Some rooms feature balconies overlooking Lake Garda. The ground‑floor restaurant serves homemade pasta, seafood, grilled meats, and cakes. Located steps from the lake, the hotel sits in a quiet pedestrian zone opposite a small marina, with free Wi‑Fi and nearby parking.

We’ve visited this place many times over the years, and while it isn’t quite the same as it used to be, the location remains fantastic and the front‑room balconies with lake or harbor views are still superb. The problem isn’t with Oreste Suites itself, but Lasize has become crowded with tourists; on the Sunday night of our stay a nearby music group with amplified bass rattled every window in the whole village until after midnight, making it a poor night’s sleep at the hotel.

Very clean, well‑located, good bed. The breakfast was not really available and only Italian TV was offered, not even English.

Only the entrance facing the lake. The room was small, not clean, and the lake view was only visible if you left the building; it was initially presented and described differently.
