I booked this place and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel sits right beside the bus station, and a 10‑minute drive over the bridge brings you to the city centre. Because it’s in a newly planned urban zone, the streets are wide and calm. There aren’t many shops or restaurants nearby yet, so you’ll have to rent a motorbike to get into downtown Can Tho for food and entertainment. The rooms are brand‑new, and the air conditioning and hot water work perfectly.

The location is good, the hourly rate is flexible, and the staff are friendly. It would be nice if they offered a small foam pillow as an optional extra.

The room was dirty, full of stains, and there were even cockroaches.

We didn’t like it at all—it was filthy, with people sleeping on the floor, and the owners gave terrible service. Please, if you can, leave this place. We were also scammed: after an online payment issue reported by Booking, these scammers demanded the full reservation amount (including Booking’s commission) instead of the regular rates shown at the desk.

Walking 800 m from the bus terminal is convenient, and if you keep walking down the river you can reach the water market, about 4 km away. The morning air and river scenery were pretty nice. It seems to be run by a kind family, so if you’re just stopping by, I’d recommend it. The room lacks a fridge and bottled water, and you have to pay for the water yourself.
