The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, but the building feels old.
“Tolles Hotel mit großer Poolanlage und sehr freundlichem Personal.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast service was quick and courteous, the pool area was great, and there is a good bus link right at the hotel to Kos town. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing for a 5‑star hotel; I had stayed one night at the sister hotel Diamond Boutique and the 4‑star buffet there was personally better. There was also some dust on the cabinets.

I enjoyed the pool and the restaurant, but the staff were generally nice at first and then handed me a room I hadn’t booked, claiming it was an upgrade. I only realized this when we reached the room, and it had never been discussed with me; I didn’t like the room at all. When I asked for the room I had booked, the staff made faces and forced a fake smile instead of being sincere, all because they hadn’t finished cleaning my room after we arrived. We waited over an hour for the room to be ready, which disrupted our plans for the night. Overall, we didn’t feel very welcome; to top it off, they called a taxi for a transfer and the taxi waited outside for 15 minutes, which we had to pay for. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—people choose signature hotels for unforgettable nights, but this was unforgettable for the wrong reasons. It was our anniversary and they completely ruined our evening.
