“Great location, good service, very nice room”

“Everything was okay except one customer experience.”

The location is good. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The front desk lady working night during my stay was not professional and not appropriate for customer service. I asked utensils for food I bought from the seven eleven and courteously asked on the phone if they could provided. Her response was to go down to grab it. I said I appreciate that and will do it. When I was at the counter, she blamed on me not to bring my utensil and requested it to her with very rude tone and unfavorable attitude said “You should ask your delivery man or restaurant to have it.” I was surprised that this is first time to confront this situation during stay in hotel. I wanted to advise her to just say no if she doesn’t want to provide something to customer rather than say okay with unnecessary comments. She ruined my positive impression and experiences toward this hotel from other employees. All the employees except her were helpful and very kind, especially the one who helped me check-in and doorman

“Hotel Muito bom”

hotel novo, bem localizado e limpo. Cama boa, banheiro limpo e claro. Um excelente hotel. Cobram early checkin e late checkout
