We really liked the location, the room, the nighttime quiet, and the lady at reception; unfortunately there was a lot of dust under our bed, and on one day we wanted to nap in the afternoon but the hotel interior was too noisy.

The hotel is simple, but very clean and well‑located, with a welcoming reception.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was central, the cleanliness was good, and the focus on the environment and waste reduction was evident both in the separate waste collection and in the quantity/size of the soaps and shower gels provided. The bed was comfortable, and the tourist information guides were available. In the alley, voices and motorbikes could be heard, but the earplugs supplied helped; the bathroom window glass could not be shut properly. Despite that, I would gladly return.

The reception was warm, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive.

The place was clean, quiet, central, and the kettle in the room was a big plus for those tea breaks after a day of intense sightseeing.
