The place was super friendly right in the middle of the olive trees, just 10 minutes from San Giovanni Rotondo and 15 minutes from Manfredonia, offering a peaceful, restful atmosphere. The owners and staff were kind, the pool was nice, and the room was very spacious and well equipped with a small fridge and kitchenette. Nothing to add.

It was insanely beautiful and quiet, set in the hills outside San Giovanni Rotondo. Small but very refined, with a lovely pool, friendly staff, two charming dogs, excellent food, and very nice rooms and facilities. Too bad we didn't arrive earlier. Highly recommended. The shower was a bit small, but okay.

The tranquility of the place amid the olive trees was great, and the layout of the cottage was perfect with access to the pool, padel, a dining room, and breakfast served by very careful hosts. The language barrier was an issue—our hosts spoke only Italian, not ours. Wearing a swim cap was mandatory, but that wasn't mentioned in the listing. The proximity of the accommodation to others was fine, and the courtyard was well designed.

The property was very beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a nice pool overlooking the view where you could relax. The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious warm brioche and fresh fruit. The owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom because the shower without a curtain flooded the room every time. A pleasant incident involved a blonde staff member at the pool who told us to move away from the pool (fortunately the property owner resolved the issue immediately when I complained). Check‑in was too quick, handled by a guy who didn't give basic information such as where and when breakfast was held.
