The location was good, but the room still smelled of cigarettes.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charms near Ewha Womans University. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the subway, shops, restaurants and the lively Ewha area. The room was comfortable and suitable for our stay, and the hotel provided good value for money. We particularly appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy for us to explore Seoul using public transportation. The staff were helpful and courteous, and our overall experience was very good. For travellers looking for a reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel in Seoul, Hotel Charms is a good choice. Thank you to the Hotel Charms team for making our stay comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Seoul. I stayed for a week and they never bothered to clean my room. I asked why it wasn’t cleaned and they replied no one had asked them before. This is terrible; I’ve traveled worldwide and never seen such neglect. The room remained unclean for the entire week, which was absolutely unacceptable.
