At reception I was heading to Nesk City, but when they learned I’d booked through Booking, they redirected me to a neighboring hotel called Nesk Al Hijrah, part of the Nesk group and far superior; the first thing they did was give me a room, and when I didn’t like it I asked for a change, which they honored immediately with no argument—this shows they fulfill guest requests without hesitation. The location is close to the Civil Mosque, my room was clean and comfortable. The downside is that breakfast isn’t included; you must pay an extra 50 riyals for it.
