The customer service was great, but the elevator was out of order for a couple of days and was only on the 4th floor.

I found the place spotlessly clean, but the shower left something to be desired.

The room and building were suffused with mildew; the bad odor persisted despite the cleaning sprays, and it was clear the effort was insufficient.

The beds were comfy, and the location was handy—just a short walk to the airport and Walmart.

I liked the breakfast, and the airport shuttle made getting around a breeze.
