I liked the pool and the staff were very eager to help with any issues. The downside was that the pool was right in front of the villa, so we had to keep everything open for light and ended up with no privacy. Breakfast was poor and bad, the eggs were undercooked, the bathroom fixtures were old and the bathtub was unappealing. It was a shame. We also ran out of hot water; they fixed it, but it happened again.

The place was really nice, with a calming vibe. Every morning we had breakfast on our terrace, and the staff were extremely kind. The only drawback was the location being far from the city center, so you need a scooter or a Grab.

The location and the staff were the best; we rented a motorcycle on site and they even did the laundry for us. The only issue was that on the first night a little gecko typical of Indonesia kept making noise all night.

Super mooie locatie en geweldig personeel. Via dit hotel ook in contact gekomen met onze guide en dat heeft onze vakantie echt compleet gemaakt. Het was wat verder uit het centrum
