Thanks for an excellent stay – the hotel is classy, clean, and comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is abundant and diverse. The central Cuenca location is perfect. Parking is secure and always available, and they’re very pet‑friendly, which mattered a lot to me. Thank you.
