Everything we needed was there, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room turned out bigger than we had imagined, with no complaints.

とても素敵❤️完璧なホテルでした。 スイートルームだったので、広々のオシャレなLDKがあって、ベットルームも広々。 ビーチからは、歩いて3分位なので、、砂だらけ、びしょびしょのまま、ホテルに戻りました。 あまりに綺麗な館内なので、入るのを躊躇っていたところ、外の水道で、足を洗わせて頂いたり。。。本当にスタッフの方々が皆さん親切でしてた。 枕は固いのが苦手で、お話したところ、次の日には、ちゃんとソフトな枕が置いてありました。 次にサヌールに来る事があったら、間違いなく、こちらを選ぶし、、皆さんにお勧めします！. 厚手のカーテンが、一部分、壊れていて、開けられず、、素敵な外の風景が見れないのが、残念でした。1つに集めて紐で縛り、間から、なんとか、素敵な景色を楽しめました。

The property was absolutely perfect; our one‑bedroom apartment offered breathtaking views over 40 % of Sanur and everything was spotless. The only flaw was that the building is 79 years old, and I would have liked a handle or lever to pull myself out of the pool more easily, because there was no handrail on the pool.
