I really liked how safe and central the location was, yet the overall experience turned out poorly. When I arrived, everything was dirty and the staff told me they weren’t expecting me because my reservation didn’t appear in their system, so my room wasn’t ready and the whole property was filthy, especially the kitchen. Another big hassle was that they never gave me a gate key, forcing me to rely on the receptionist; each time I stepped out I ended up waiting outside for up to half an hour because the doorbell never rang. That happened about five times, and once I got caught in the rain while waiting. The reception is supposed to be 24 hours, but in practice they wouldn’t open the gate even after thirty minutes of ringing.
