Some rooms could use more decoration and a refresh of older equipment. It would be nice if the hotel arranged a shuttle service for guests who booked in advance.

The room was clean and roomy, with a nice view. The best part was how close it was to Fansipan Legend, restaurants, markets, and The Rong May Bridge, saving us commuting time. Indian restaurants were a 10‑minute drive away. The bathroom was clean, though it could have been better. Nothing major to complain about. The staff were warm and courteous, and I would definitely recommend it. The restaurant lacked vegetarian options; only fruit, bread, marmalade, and butter were offered. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we couldn't really enjoy it.
