“I never came back”

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was told that I needed to pay cash, despite my credit card being charged earlier. Unfortunately, my money was never returned to my card, which was a huge issue. The rooms were also dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable staying there. The customer service was poor, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they weren't available.

“Great get away from San Antonio”

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and amenities at this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean, allowing me to relax. We also enjoyed utilizing the swimming pool, which was a great bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here.

“Never again”

I was shocked by the stark contrast between the hotel's advertised cleanliness and the actual state of the rooms. Despite the review claiming that the hotel was "really clean," I found that the sheets were burnt with cigarette burns, the restroom toilet seat was broken, and the sink had burn marks. The microwave and fridge were also dirty and in poor condition. I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast options, but the cleanliness issues were a major concern.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. The room and linens were dirty, which was a major turnoff. Additionally, the location wasn't ideal, which made it difficult for me to get around. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience here.

“Comfortable”

I had a great stay at this hotel, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
