Great location, the neighborhood is super clean and nice! The only downside is that there should be a smoking area, even inside the building.
The place is in a quiet residential area but still central. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom is fairly spacious, and you can use the kitchen at any time, not just for breakfast. The downside is that it’s a basement unit, the view from the windows is depressing, the room isn’t very roomy, and there’s a slight damp smell.

The place was good, clean, and fresh with no complaints, but the main issue was that when we arrived there was no one to meet us, so we couldn't get into the accommodation and had a hard job to get in touch with the owner. There was no reception or anyone at the property, which I didn't like, but otherwise it was a good stay. I really think they need more contact from the owner and someone to meet guests on arrival.
