The room was clean, but the elevators were broken and anyone with bad knees can’t manage the stairs; plus the night‑shift lady literally told us she couldn’t get blankets for our pull‑out bed because there were none in our closet.

Great location, clean, nicely furnished, and the staff were friendly. No negatives.

The building feels shabby, the elevator was glitchy, my room window was broken and taped shut, and there’s a large crack in the bathroom sink.
