I was on the road for 12 hours and the staff let me check in early, which was a big help. The hotel itself was pretty nice overall.

“Nice hotel”

I drove to Sebring for my sister’s funeral and the front desk refused to give me a late checkout, which felt unfair and lacking compassion. I would have preferred a checkout around 1 pm.

The place was reasonably priced and quiet, breakfast was decent and the coffee was excellent. However, the property was dirty—hallways needed a paint job, cleaning carts damaged walls, doors, and door jambs, rooms weren’t vacuumed or steamed, and workers from out of town left dirt everywhere. The wood floors and headboards were filthy, high‑touch areas weren’t cleaned, and rooms lacked a comfortable chair.
