“眺めが最高！”
It was very close to Durbar Square and ideal for walking around Patan’s old town area. The view from the roof was fantastic, overlooking Durbar Square and the Kathmandu Valley, and on a clear evening even the Himalayas were visible. Since it was the last day of the trip, it became the best memory of Nepal! Because my flight was late at night, I was able to check out late (subject to availability). The host family was very kind, and the room was clean with no issues. The entrance was confusing and I got a bit lost (the building’s entrance is in the courtyard, not on the street. On Yala Layaku Marg there is a small passage leading to the courtyard, marked by a sign). I stayed in a room in the annex, but the soundproofing was weak.

The room was upgraded, probably because it was the off‑season, and the owner’s family were very helpful, making the stay very comfortable. The water works, and from the window you can see the whole square—an amazing view.
