“Cheap and functional but not overly enjoyable.”
Cheap and staff was helpful. Aircon and fan worked well and there was a big TV in the room which was great. Bit of a sketchy area, there was lots of ants on the ground floor and in the kitchen area. The pool was a bit murky and the garden was quite overgrown. There were a few cats running on the kitchen tops too. There were a few stains on the walls. The room itself was spacious and clean, but not properly sealed so we had lots of flies, a cockroach and lizards, especially in the bathroom. There also wasn’t a window so felt quite dark
“Excelente y acogedora”
Cleanliness, and excellent service. Everything was super good.
Room was spacious, comfortable and nice. Good pool. Good location if you go to the ADO. No parking. Internet wasn’t working well.
“Linda estancia en Mérida”
Attentive staff, helped us when an error happened with the reservation and the keys. Nice location. Beautiful house and good facilities. Not a complaint, but the house concept felt a bit odd in that they rent 3 separate rooms, yet somehow they’re connected. However, according to how they handle keys and reservations, there shouldn’t be any problem. On the day we arrived, there was a key conflict, but the staff helped and everything was sorted out, very kind!
“Excelente, no bajen calidad”
I loved the room, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and pillow, the comfort. I slept very well, the room was completely dark and quiet. Everything was fine.
