A hotel representative called me and told me not to come because they wouldn’t allow me at the price I booked; they didn’t care. When I asked why, he raised his voice and told me to talk to the booking site. He complained about it, but it didn’t matter to him. The worst experience ever.

The room was clean and hygienic, which I appreciated. I was disappointed that breakfast, although listed as included, was not provided, and the overall facilities weren't great.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a sour taste in my mouth. The only redeeming quality of my stay was that there was nothing particularly wrong with it, but unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the poor service I received. The receptionist was unfriendly and demanded more money than the agreed-upon rate at the time of booking, which was quite off-putting. Overall, my experience was marred by the uncooperative staff.
