Hotel Sina Astor

Breakfast was good, though sometimes we had to wait longer for drinks like tea and coffee. In September they surprised us with tasty strawberries at breakfast. We paid for half‑board. The menu offered mainly fish. The stay was quite poor for a longer visit.

Everything was available, the cleanliness and the structure were fine, and the kitchen was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed at Sina Astor with my girlfriend for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff earned a solid five stars, especially Ilir, the waiter at the hotel restaurant, who was extremely professional, friendly, and made our stay more pleasant; I hope to see him again next time. The room was spotless, the hotel itself was well maintained, and the reception ladies were kind and always helpful. Viareggio is a lovely place and I would definitely recommend visiting it. The only minor issue was the dry sauna: the temperature hovered around 70 °C instead of staying above 80 °C, and it would be better if plastic slippers were not allowed inside.

The room was excellent, the view was magnificent, and breakfast was outstanding. No complaints.

“Schön, angenehm und ruhig.”

The view of the sea from the promenade is lovely, and the location is great, though October isn’t as busy as earlier months; still, the area is beautiful and the restaurant selection is good. The décor feels a bit dated, but it’s still cozy and pleasant.
