I liked the location and how clean everything was, but there was no parking and the bathroom and kitchen were shared with three other rooms.

“Ottimo”

The spot is fantastic, just a few minutes from the station and the city centre. I’d recommend it without hesitation, thanks to the owner Arabella who was incredibly kind, welcoming us and giving great tips 😊

We were really disappointed, mainly because the host’s communication was awful. Check‑in was until 6:00 PM, yet our flight landed at 10:00 PM. We texted the host ahead of time asking for an alternative, but instead of offering a solution or a different check‑in time, we were flat‑out told that nothing could be done, in a dismissive tone. When we asked for a refund, we got no help. The next day the host said check‑in was strictly at 12:00 PM. We arrived at 11:00 AM and waited outside until that time. The host then snidely remarked that we’d been outside for an hour, even though we were just waiting for the time she had given us. We understand there are rules, but the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution and the sarcastic, unwelcoming attitude were unacceptable. We won’t stay here again.

We didn’t like it. There was no service, only a phone contact, no private bathroom (we knew that, but it was still unpleasant), everything was tiny and Spartan.

“Speravo meglio”

The place was good. The downside was that the bathroom was shared and there was only a small bar of soap.
