The location was fine, but I had stayed here before in a room above the bar for the same price, and this time I was moved across the road to an extension shed that smelled damp, the bathroom extractor didn’t work and was full of black mould, I had to leave the window open all night for fresh air, and it felt like a total hovel – never again.

The place was clean, close to the golf course, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and I found nothing to complain about.

The room was comfortable and clean, but there was no hand rail to get in or out of the shower, we had to hunt for someone to check us in, and it was very loud being above the lounge.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the breakfast was fabulous, but there were no cosy spots to sit.
