Communication with the staff was excellent and the instructions were clear; the location was great for being close to Rogoredo station, and the room was clean with good services. The café area and kitchen were well supplied and the quality of the coffee pods was highly appreciated. Unfortunately the air‑conditioning was very strong and the low temperature disturbed us at night, even though we used the available blanket; we didn’t contact the staff for a single night and didn’t expect it to turn on at night.

“Comodo, pulito e curato!”

The room had a suitable size and decor, a comfortable bed, ideal temperature, a convenient bathroom with the best hair dryer I’ve ever seen and a fragrant shower gel! We found it very good, looking for a room near our home to escape the renovation chaos and luckily we found it!

“Ottima soluzione per soggiornare in zona Rogoredo / Santa Giulia / Fabrique”

The B&B is reachable on foot from Rogoredo station (15 minutes) and also on foot to Fabrique (20 minutes). The room is basic but has everything needed for the stay. The common area is very useful, with a water dispenser, fridge, coffee machine, and breakfast biscuits. Sleep quality is excellent. The B&B is in a condominium within a residential complex of several buildings, surrounded by greenery and very quiet: truly pleasant. A supermarket is just a 5‑minute walk. The neighborhood around the apartment has few commercial activities (bars or lunch spots). However, closer to Rogoredo station there are various types.

The bed was comfortable, the environment visibly new and clean, and the building’s overall security level was clear, especially in the “block” of condominiums where it’s located. The owner provided all the necessary check‑in information via WhatsApp (even before the time listed on Booking). The room and bathroom were quite small for the price, and the walls were too thin, so I could hear all the noise from the neighboring room, from other guests’ conversations to the shower water. The area is not, in my opinion, well connected, so the location is only strategically useful for those, like me, with a specific commitment in that exact area. The room is also hard to find within the condominium block, despite the owner’s detailed directions.
