The host was very friendly and offered excellent hospitality, yet the staff were unprofessional, there was no electricity in the corridors, the bedding had hair, no toiletries were provided, and tea bags left by a previous guest were on the table.

I was blown away by the exceptional service from Stephanie and the team at HOtello, starting with a smooth check-in process via WhatsApp and a warm welcome on arrival. The suite on the fourth floor was a real gem, with stunning views of the sea and mountains, a spacious balcony perfect for sipping tea or coffee, and a well-equipped kitchen area. The bedroom was a serene oasis with a massive and comfy bed, while the living room was a great spot to relax and unwind.
