“Terrible, would not recommend for decent people.”

Nothing…. I never leave bad reviews but I did not like anything about this stay, this place is infested with prostitution, these are the type of rooms you book by the hour (if you know what I mean) the rooms are smelly, sheets and comforters are burned and stained (in a non-smoking room) the bed are super hard and uncomfortable, white towels are stained. Maintenance lady that was working on the morning of December 11th was super rude. I had a 3 night stay with 2 people on my reservation and their “standard” is 1 wash towel per room?!? She refused to give me another towel and starting talking trash like I couldn’t hear her, however the front guy in front service made things right and gave me one, he was great his kindness was probably the best thing about this place. I would not even recommend this place to the homeless. Please take your money a few steps down the street to Palace Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff (including housekeeping) is amazing!

“Disloyalty”

No breakfast. Privacy issues: 1. The shower head sprayed water all over the floor. 2. The water came out scalding hot or ice cold. 3. I asked the maid not to touch my bags when I requested service; she moved them anyway. We all marked our bags to see if they complied, and they failed terribly, and others heard the same in the building. 4. My room was entered on another occasion without my permission. I found a Marlboro cigarette butt on my floor. Was that poor cleaning from before or someone smoking in my room because you smelled the air freshener as well. Nice try!
