The terrace is spacious—at least for our room. Breakfast is generous and tasty. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is roomy. The location is good, with a direct bus to Venice. We were robbed on the return bus, but the hotel can’t be blamed for that.

The place is very good and peaceful. Public transport is excellent; the bus stops right in front of the hotel and goes straight into Venice in about 20 minutes. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The room is clean, neat, and well equipped. Every staff member was friendly and helpful! We’ll stay here again next time! The hotel has its own parking.

Spotlessly clean throughout, excellent breakfast, bus stop for Venice just outside, supermarket and a decent restaurant right across the street. Two lovely, welcoming gentlemen at the reception who could have been more helpful. Overall an excellent choice for a trip to Venice. A minor point – I would have preferred proper cups and glasses in the room rather than paper ones.

La atención muy especial, resaltó la amabilidad y disposición de Mauro, nos explicó todo como movernos y poder disfrutar de todo Venecia, el hotel muy limpio y el desayuno excelente. Nada que decir, todo muy bueno
