“Falta de higiene”

There was nothing I liked about the accommodation. The interior had cracked tiles and debris on the floor next to the reception area. Room 18 on the third floor, with no elevator, was cold, had no soap, and was dirty. There was also a serious hygiene issue with sheets that had pubic hair on both beds. After contacting the hotel, the only solution offered was that a cleaning company would come the next morning. Because I didn’t want to sleep on sheets with pubic hair, I decided to find another place. After two hours in the room, I requested a cancellation and refund due to the lack of hygiene, but I only received half back.

“Ich würde trotz den kleinen negativen Sachen, nochmal dieses Hotel wählen, allerdings ist der Preis trotzdem zu hoch.”

The check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, the bed was comfortable, the towels were plenty and fresh, and there were plenty of free parking spots. The location was good and the Wi‑Fi was free. The checkout time was far too early, the price‑quality ratio was poor and the place was too expensive. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed sheets slid apart.

Die Lage und die Anbindung waren super, auch das unkomplizierte Einchecken. Unbequeme Betten, sehr schlechte und abgestandene Luft, kein Sichtschutz oder Verdunkelung am Fenster, keine Nachttische und keine Nachtleuchte, zu teuer

“Für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung, aber etwas zu teuer”

One night was completely sufficient and acceptable. However, €130 is too expensive for a double room in a hotel that is so far out of town and already old. Check‑in was smooth. The key was stored in a safe at the back of the hotel. The room was clean. Having night‑stands or tables beside the bed would have helped. Also, the large spider in the bathroom could have been removed. It didn’t bother me, but a hotel should not have crawling creatures in a room.
