Location and breakfast. The poor finish in everything! For example, the bathroom was clean but the mixers were relatively unclean, with a lot of limescale! No soaps with small sachets of commercial shampoo like low budget hostels! Also, no hand towels—only a bath towel with the hotel name embroidered! I mean it could be better.
The reception girls were very friendly, right in the center, breakfast included.

The hotel is very clean, renovated with good taste. The room was large and the bed comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. It’s close to shops, travel agencies, and taxis. It’s very quiet. And all the furniture is quite new. They should help lift luggage up the stairs because, although there aren’t many, it’s still a hassle. Some details are unfinished, like holes in the walls or ceiling where lamps should go. The bathroom light turns off after a short time and you have to find the sensor to turn it back on. These are minor details because the hotel is very pleasant.
