Convenient for a one‑ or two‑night layover in Taipei; the spot is close to the station and Ximending, with unlimited drinks and a smooth self‑check‑in machine. It was fairly clean. However, getting in at night was a bit tough when I landed late—I struggled to find the entrance, there was no night staff, and I couldn’t call or text because I didn’t have a Taiwanese SIM yet, so I had to wait a while for someone to open the door. The room was very small; a few shelves would have made it more practical. Also, a man entered the women's bathroom to use the toilet while I was coming out of the shower, so better security is needed.

It’s close to Exit M5 and the check‑in steps are minimal. The common area has simple tea and a capsule coffee machine, plus a three‑tier fridge. The bathroom area has a dehumidifier and stays tidy, with staff cleaning every morning. The nearby U Island Coffee is good for working, and the single‑person high‑chair has a power outlet. The room lacks a desk, so simple office work is difficult; it’s mainly for resting.
