I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The lack of basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and combs was shocking, especially considering it was a short trip. I had to purchase these essentials, which I expected the hotel to provide. The absence of bathroom slippers was another inconvenience, making my stay feel more like a hassle than a relaxing getaway.

The hotel's breakfast was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, the reception staff and problem-solving skills left much to be desired. Despite this, the hotel's culinary offerings made up for the shortcomings in customer service.

“Habitaciones cómodas pero cobran el estacionamiento aparte”

The hotel's beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. However, I was disappointed by the outdated TV, which was particularly frustrating since I wanted to watch a series but couldn't due to its limitations. Additionally, I was unhappy to find that parking was charged, which I felt was unfair.

“Quality lodging at a good location for business travel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent location, spacious room, and friendly staff. However, the only drawback was that I had to venture to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel's strengths far outweighed its weaknesses, making for a pleasant stay.
