The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality

The Deluxe Queen Suite has a quiet street view and includes a sofa. It has 1 bedroom with 1 bed and sleeps 2 guests. The suite is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV and a tea and coffee maker. The private bathroom has a bath and a shower.
Everything worked; the AC was amazing and it was only 3 minutes from the in‑laws.
“A very run down, worn out facility.”
The room was dirty, the carpet was filthy, and a smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling with exposed wires dangling while the detector lay on the floor. The room was listed as non‑smoking, yet the towels, bedding, and pillows carried a smoke smell, and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart.
“stayed one night and booked in pretty late and they let me check out late”
The staff were excellent and very accommodating, with no complaints.
“Nice place”
The price was fair, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and getting there was easy. However, there was no functioning ice machine and the breakfast was poor; I would have liked eggs and some meat options.
“Clean good value for price”
The rate was good and the room was clean, but the breakfast selection was lacking.
