Everything was excellent: the location, the rooms, the decor, the staff, and the breakfast. Ely was incredibly friendly and welcoming, a real asset to the Dukes.

The location is great, the bed is the most comfortable I've slept on, the interior design is lovely, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel sits close to Bath centre and the room was comfortable with a good breakfast. However, there are many stairs to reach the room, so a lift would be helpful, though I understand the space constraints. The left wardrobe door’s knob almost fell off, and the wardrobe isn’t deep enough for clothes to hang properly or level.

The staff went above and beyond; the man—his name was Eli, I think—carried our bags to the top floor for us.

The stay was stunning, with parking available just around the corner. The room was beautiful and the breakfast fantastic; the location is perfect for exploring Bath, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a lift, but they carried our suitcases for us.
