The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, overall good value for money. The door slamming noise was loud and you could hear who was coming and going; this could probably be fixed. The noise from the upper floors is probably a structural issue since the building is old. The decor is old but adequate for its category.

Comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. No way to buy a water bottle in the hotel. There is no vending machine for drinks or the option to buy them at reception.

No water bottles, I arrived and expected at least one bottle of water, even if it was to be paid. I needed to take Madison. No hot water, cattle pillows are not comfy.
