الإستقبال في البدايه من موظفه الإستقبال كان جيد جدا و حتى تسليم مفتاح الغرفه لموظفه الإستقبال. صورة الغرفه التي كانت على موقع booking .com غير مطابقه للغرفه التى سكنت بها فترة الإقامه و اتصلت برقم المسؤول و فمهمت من ما قال لي أنهم يقومون بأعمال تجديد و لا يوجد غرف متاحه سوى هذه الغرفه . ولم يبلغني منذ سكنت انها ليست غرفتي التي حجزتها . و انا توصلت للمعلومة بالصدفه حين راجعت الحجز الخاص بي على الموقع bookig.com0

“The worst hotel ever”

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. The information and photos are completely misleading — the reality does not match what is advertised at all. When I raised my concerns, the staff reacted very unprofessionally, refused to accept feedback, and caused unnecessary conflict instead of trying to resolve the issues. There was ongoing construction during my stay, with dust everywhere. The hygiene standards were unacceptable — the towels were dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The breakfast was also very poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel. No hot water as well. Overall, this place should not even be considered a hotel. I strongly do not recommend staying here. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. They never opened the door for me and the facilities were very bad. There was no contact and they didn’t answer my calls.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was good, and the bed linen was clean. The room itself was dirty, though the beds were fine. The windows couldn’t be closed, so there were many mosquitoes and extremely loud street noise.
