I stayed in room 403 and found the shower not working properly, and the TV remote was broken and not functioning. The location is central, so I’ll keep coming back.

The staff were very welcoming, but there was an issue I couldn’t describe.

The breakfast spread was actually pretty good, but I wish they'd offered some juice options for those who don't drink tea or coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the lack of cupboards in the room was a bit of a pain, and the room service was ridiculously slow.

The hotel's location was one of its best features - it's right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the prices for food were a bit of a turn-off - it was way too expensive for what you get.

I have to say, this hotel had all the facilities I needed, but the formalities were a bit too much for my taste. I mean, I get it, they're trying to keep things organized, but it felt like they were overdoing it a bit.
