We always choose this hotel whenever we travel to Nîmes; the welcome and location are great, and we keep coming back. The soundproofing isn’t perfect, but after a long night out we don’t mind it.

The staff were friendly and the spot right next to the train station is convenient. There’s no duvet, just a sheet, which is fine, but the room still feels a bit cramped. The cigarette smell can linger inside the room.

The Hotel Cesar Nîmes sits in one of the best spots in the city, just a few steps from the Arène and the entire historic centre with many restaurants and bistros around and across from the Central Station. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the location is central, the room we stayed in was comfortable and quiet. Great stay at a good price. The only thing I missed was that the rooms don’t have a mini‑fridge.
