“Lovely stay”
We love staying here on the West Shore, a quieter part of Llandudno, with free parking and a short 10‑minute walk into town. Lillys has a lovely restaurant and bar, and the outdoor seating area offers sea views. Nothing else to note.

The location was good, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the price was excellent. Nothing else to add.

The room was amazing, en‑suite, and the breakfast was great. It was a quiet side of Llandudno but only a 10‑15 minute walk to the town area and pier, and the walks around the area were lovely. The bar closed early and there was no lift.

The views were great, there was a restaurant on site, and the staff were friendly. Street parking next to the rooms was available at least when we were there in September. 🤔
The location was good and parking was easy outside. The entrance needed painting and had no curb appeal. The hallway and first floor desperately needed redecorating. We were quite disappointed with our room: the headboard was broken, the wardrobe damaged, the sofa badly stained, and the room required a deep clean—there was a lot of dust. Wall repairs were still pending, the light switch by the door was faulty, the socket near the bed was loose, and a free‑standing mirror was falling apart on top of the drawers. The room was cold; we tried to turn on the radiator for warmth, but it wasn’t working. The shower area lacked an extractor fan, so there was so much steam that we could barely see, and we worried that the steam might trigger the smoke alarm and force us to leave the building. Overall, a disappointing stay at Lilly.
